About the Process
How long does an order take? The average time is 2-4 weeks depending on design complexity. We keep you informed at every step.
Can I send my own sneakers for customization? Yes! You can send us your sneakers or we can acquire a new pair for you. Both options are available.
What paints do you use? We use specialized acrylic leather paints from Angelus brand, the most recognized in the customs world. They're flexible, durable, and water-resistant.
About Designs
Can I request any design? Almost anything is possible. However, we don't do:
- Offensive or hate content
- Brand logos for commercial purposes
- Designs that infringe copyrights for resale
What if I don't like how it turns out? We send you sketches and process photos for your approval. If something doesn't convince you, we adjust before continuing.
About Shipping and Payments
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship throughout Europe with tracking.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.
About Care
Can I get the sneakers wet? The sneakers are sealed and resist splashes, but we don't recommend submerging them or wearing them in heavy rain.
Can I wash them in the washing machine? No, never. The washing machine would damage the paint.
